They didn’t sell it to me because when they did the inspection it wasn’t up to their standards

I appreciated the sales rep however the sales manager wasn't the best and the fact I started the purchase of the car prior to them letting me know they did not have proper keys for me was frustrating. I had to purchase a key fob ($300) myself that had the features that the car had. The key fob provided was a dumpy one that could only lock and unlock the car. Most dealerships, like Jerry's provide 2 sets of keys for every car sold.

They responded fast and were very helpful with all my questions.

They added about 3700 more of price that was on add to the car. In the end they did not want to knock off anything on the car after I drove 8hr to buy it that same day. Would not even consider to buy from them as the GM there said there’s fees on their website and I saw it they CarGurus. Bought the same car similar miles and color for almost six thousand less out the door.

We had an appointment set for Saturday but no one showed. I waited for 20 and no one contacted me until 45 mins after our scheduled meeting. We are currently working on numbers and rescheduling the meeting and test drive. Will consider updating the review.
