I had an excellent experience at Bennet Toyota . My salesperson Fatima was responsible for my 5 star day at Bennett Toyota. She was knowledgeable, truthful, efficient and kind. I had driven a long distance from NJ to see this particular car and she made sure my trade in was completed in a timely manner and the new car was quickly prepped for my trip home. Oh, and I love my new Avalon.

Communication through email, phone and text was great. We decided not to make a 6 hr round trip to look at the vehicle I wanted at this time. it had some issues that they let me know about ahead of time to see if I wanted to make the trip. I decided to wait a few months to see if they would make all the repairs and save a bigger down payment if they did the repairs.

The car I was interested in "sold." I was still contacted many times by multiple sales people. This feels like a bait and switch.
