Toyota dealerships near me (Allentown, PA)

Bait and switch tactics. When I arrived the car was available, we discussed the price. I decided to purchase it after the inspection was completed. I went home and didn't hear from them so I decided to call them. I got in touch with Zach and he said that the car wouldn't be available because one of their employees was buying it. Then he offered to sell me a much higher price car.

Was lied to about issues with the vehicle a bunch of sensors not working including a proximity sencor and front end was rubbing. Told manager about issues response was to expensive to fix. He took car for a drive to verify issues and drove into a stop sign and still refused to fix electrical issues I left

The dealership responded quickly, with tons of pictures. When I got to the dealership the car was exactly as described. It was clean and ready to test drive. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Overall great experience. I would highly recommend this dealership

Notified dealer I was interested and was coming to see vehicle. When I got there someone was trying to secure a loan for same car. I waited till closing and left. I was not notified of outcome, nor was I notified someone was looking to purchase a car I made an appointment to see. Not a good business tactic for a dealership. More like small lot car sales.

I had a pleasant experience with this dealership and my sales person. The car is exactly what I am looking for. However, the location was not good for me. I would have bought this car if you all had an office in Virginia. I would recommend everyone to use this dealership, especially if you are located in the same state.

Everything was great

This is the second vehicle that I have bought from this dealership. The employees were very helpful and personalized every step. Because I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay, and my trade-in was bought new from here and serviced here, there was not much haggling of prices or trade-in value, so the time spent between going to the dealership and leaving with a new vehicle was awesome! I especially loved the sales team for staying updated on my needs and wants without trying to get me to purchase unnecessary extras.
