Sunny was amazing, we had a bit of a drive to get there, she told us exactly what we needed to bring to drive the van home. Everything went exactly as she said. The van is perfect. Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful.

Bait and switch tactics. When I arrived the car was available, we discussed the price. I decided to purchase it after the inspection was completed. I went home and didn't hear from them so I decided to call them. I got in touch with Zach and he said that the car wouldn't be available because one of their employees was buying it. Then he offered to sell me a much higher price car.
