Normally most don't think honesty, integrity, competence when referencing a used car dealership. However, those are the virtues that Eddie and his Team bring to the table at Ohio Auto World. Eddie was up front about the fact that the title was "Rebuilt" like all of the cars on his lot. He explained why it had been branded as such and pointed out the quality work that had been done to make the vehicle road worthy and able to be insured. The Carfax that I ran on the vehicle matched what Eddie had said about it exactly, and he was fair when negotiating a price. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from Eddie and the Team and would recommend friends and family members do the same. The car has been running like a Swiss watch in the short time we've owned it, and the fact that we negotiated a 90 day warranty brings peace of mind as well. I have text messages to prove we agreed on a price and the dealer went back on the deal, after knowing I drove about an hour to get there. The office was not very clean, and there was one of their sales guy that was vaping at his desk. I wouldn't shop here, especially that the sales rep lied, not only about the price, but several other questions I had, they were not honest about.

I drove an hour from Michigan after making a deal over the phone. I showed them my cash offer from caravana from my trade in and was assured they would match it. When I got there the offered me 4$ thousand less and wanted more for there car then agreed . Stay away from here you can’t trust them.
