My salesperson was great! I called and he was on it from the beginning. He had a great attitude and was very helpful. However, I was not pleased with all the fees added to the car in the finance room. I felt like it was ingenuous. The 2500 fee for purchasing a car with Gilliam was not explained well but just there. When I questioned, I was quickly given a small price decrease and a "warranty" that it was not there before. I personally think they took advance of the situation of a person needing a car.

Time spent was very minimal. We got hung up because of my lease, but it wasnt the teams fault. They were very kind and helpful figuring things out and solving issues with me.

They're bullies that are only nice to you until you tell them you dont want the car theyre trying to force you into. They dont think that no is a full sentence.
