Great service from Fernando, I didn't end up buying the car, but it had to do with my bank... Overall great experience.

They responded with....make me an offer thst makes me work. I did..$8000. The salesman who made the comment never responded. I attempted multiple times to contact Jason. Another person responded with "No way" without even trying to work with me. Later they lowered the price $100 online. They never tried to make me a deal or work with me. Last year they low balled me on a trade in on a truck i wanted. The truck was over priced by about $2000 and offered me $6000 less on my car that i wanted and $12,000 under CarGurus estimated value...bc there was "no market" for my 2002 Pontiac Firebird with only 30K miles. Anyway, they dont seems yo be genuine or helpful. Twice bitten now.

Great car buying experience!

Ricky was very helpful from the first contact. When we arrived at the dealership, Ricky was ready for us but they could have had the vehicle ready - it needed gas and to be given a once over. Ricky prepared us for a 90 minute process 2 hours plus later we still hadn't completed everything. Ricky did bring the car to us at a local restaurant. All the staff were helpful and service oriented - just took a little longer than we would have liked. vehicle is terrific and the price was significantly lower than options in San Antonio
