Buyer Beware: Misrepresentation of a “Certified” Vehicle Vin#4S4WMAED7N3448964 We were purchasing from John a Certified Pre-Owned 2022 Subaru Ascent. He was responsive, but not forthcoming about the true condition of the vehicle. Body/paint damage was never disclosed (9 panels) nor was the poor interior condition mentioned (stained seats, melted carpet, dirty). Assuming that a Certified vehicle would meet high standards, I made a 3.5-hour trip expecting a clean, mechanically sound vehicle. I was gravely disappointed. If a dealership can’t be trusted to perform a simple detail on a vehicle they claim is “certified,” how can a buyer trust that the full mechanical inspection and certification process was properly completed? This experience was deeply disappointing and undermines the integrity of the Certified Pre-Owned label. For those considering buying from this dealership: proceed with caution.

Everyone was patient and eager to get me in a vehicle at my own terms, especially Cy. She stayed consistent and never gave up on helping me find something I loved.

Very nice and everything until you decide not to buy the car then theyre very pushy trying to get you into something you dont want to do and then basically saying I wasted theyre time when I decided to go with a different deal on a different vehicle. Very professional until you tell them no and then they won't take no for an answer without guilt tripping you.
