An incredible Journey just like the brand Subaru invites one to take. I could not be happier with the quick response and accurate information my salesman Mr. Morgan provided me in purchasing a new car. From the guy that sales accessories to the General Manager, these people will respectfully listen to your concerns at this dealership. Compared to my other car buying experiences, this was a pretty easy process. They put the customer back in customer service. If there was a 7 star rating, I would give them that!!! I Will definitely consider buying another Subaru from them in the future!!!

Great experience, Jose was awesome! I contacted them on July 4th and spoke to Jose. He made sure the car was available before I arrived and had it parked out front for me. I absolutely loved the car; it looked exactly like the pics. Everything matched the information given online. I test drove it and they even let me drive it to a friend to get his opinion on it. Every thing that I needed and asked for was taken care of. I ended up purchasing the car and driving off the lot that day! Also, I did get a lower price as well as delicious 4th of July celebration BBQ! Great experience ever buying a car! I've had the car a little over 2 weeks and there are no problems, I LOVE IT! Also, I got a good deal on extended warranty, there was a 2 day money back option, as well as lifetime warranty on the engine. If you need a good car at a good price go to GILLMAN SUBARU! Ask for Jose!

contacted Gilman on 2 different cars listed. both times salesppl didn't seem interested in providing info on the cars. the second car I called 3 times. the 3rd time I called the salesperson stated their was paperwork being processed because the car was sold. interesting that the car was listed weeks after that call. received 2 emails from management. prefer to continue my search for a bettle.

The dealer called and asked me to come and look at the car, when I arrived an hour after the call, the sales manager told me the car was sold the night before. Classic bait and switch, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

If you want to make an appointment to go test drive a car and have someone else be given the keys just beige you walk in, come here. Second time I have been here to deal with an awful salesman. Never coming back. Glad I went somewhere else to get my STI.

Dealer is very slow to respond and communications come in the form of canned emails so you don't get your questions answered. Additionally, they are not good about keeping their web inventory updated. We drove out twice to see cars that were showing available online but were already sold. The sales person we talked to told us numerous things we knew to be incorrect. It was a very unimpressive experience.

Sales person not helpful or knowledgeable. Didn't know what was available or where on lot vehicles located. Left and never came back. Was helping orher people.

Gillman tried to hide defects that would affect our safety in a vehicle we looked at. When we brought it up they refused to have the shop look at the problem unless we committed to purchase. This obviously means they value monetary gain over customer safety. If they won't fix a safety hazard before we bought the vehicle we have no faith they would take care of us once they have their greedy fingers on our money. STAY AWAY FROM GILLMAN

The car is nice but what they tell you online is just bait to get you in. Once I get the car paid off and decide to get a new one I won't be dealing with them again. I contacted some other dealers just to see if I was over reacting, I wasn't all but one had better deals. My loss for not doing my homework first.

Basically one of the salesmen talked me out of buying the Mercedes and pawned me off on one of the rookie salesmen ( who was kind). after sitting in the lobby waiting to test drive a vehicle not worth buying but test driving I was convinced I was in the wrong place
