Decent price but refused to negotiate. I've been buying cars for 30 years and have never paid sticker price, nor will I. They were prompt and friendly though. If you don't mind paying a bit more than patience will save you, it may be fine for someone else, just not me.

They tried to overcharge for a vehicle with +84k miles and had other blemishes (stains on the drivers seat, wear and tear on the leather and scratches on the steering wheel). They are showing the listing to be $15,997 which is what I was able to talk them down to, but not without some pushback. Overall happy with the purchase, however the handover was a little lack luster. No detailed description on the use of the vehicle and some of the unique Subaru options (I had to break out the manual and figure it out myself). I love the car and hope to get several years of use and a nice trade-in value for my next Subaru.

I can really only give them 3 stars because the car had been sold before I could get there to see it. I still give them 3 stars because they had the courtesy to let me know the car had been sold, so I didn't waste my time driving there. I also got a follow-up call, asking if I'd still like to come by and see what they had available and when I told them I had found another car, they seemed sincerely glad for me.

They won't leave me alone when all I did was notify them of an issue with their posting. They keep telling me to come in for a test drive and I have received an email from 5 different people multiple times a day. I have tried to block them all so they can't keep sending emails for a car that I NEVER INQUIRED ABOUT.

This dealer lied to me twice about a vehicle they no longer had on their lot. They even called me back and told me it was available a third time, just to try and sell me something else. I would choose zero stars, but it won't let me! They are liars and crooks! They even price dropped a car they had not had on their lot for sale at all. As soon as they posted it they decided to take it to auction.

Unfortunately the car has been sold but it is still listed on their website. This is really annoying. However, they contacted me immediately to let me know the car was sold and have followed up every day and that is why I gave them 5 stars.

1) The price was higher when I arrived for a test drive 2) They claimed the car was certified but when I looked at the car it did not meet the certifications after inspection. (Rims had damage, Rear Bumper had large repair marks, Car pulled hard to the right, The battery holder was rusted.) 3) Total waste of time.

I called like three times about this truck and they keep telling me we are sorry but it's not ready to be sold yet we are waiting on parts to come in for it. I asked them then why would you place up for sale if it's not ready yet ? I asked them when will it be ready well we don't know but do you want to come down and take a look at it. But you can't test drive it but you can look at it wow really. So you want me to drive 17 miles just to look at a truck that I can't test drive and it's not even up for sale yet lol.

Called, went to view cars on lot, saw many others equal to/even better than one listed. Had a deal going on: new car with the same options with a re- bate offer was almost the same price as a used vehicle with the same options, and price. Thus ended up buying a new car for almost the same price for a used vehicle for the same year and make.

When we got to the dealership everyone was busy, then when a salesman came up to help us, he seemed annoyed to be answering questions. Then after looking at the vehicle, the salesman sat us down and then he just left and someone else started writing up paper work for us. We didn't even want to buy the vehicle after looking at it and we wanted to look at other vehicles, but no one would assist us. We were bounced around from salesman to salesman. We were cash in hand ready to purchase a vehicle, yet no one seemed to have the time of day for us. Very disappointed in the dealership. We will NEVER be going back to any Gillman dealership.
