Charged for GPS that we didn’t want or need (didn’t even set it up for us like they said they would). Also locked nuts that we didn’t get the key for. Vehicle was dirty and needed coolant. It’s almost like they didn’t care about making the sale.

Didn’t have a good experience and they did not want to negotiate price on Bill that looked way worse in person and had a set of the cheapest tires that you can buy on the market which by the way are also dangerous because they don’t last that long, and they have a bad history of having sidewall problems

Plan on purchasing a vehicle soon

Great customer service and follow up with the customer.

After we couldn’t agree on a price the staff told me the truck was sold to another person. Two days later they called and said the truck was still available and made an offer that I accepted.

My experience was great with the staff. Mr Andre was a great salesman to work with. I think I met the Owner/Manager while waiting. He was very welcoming and kept checking on salesman availability for us. This was not a pressure experience like going to other dealerships.

Did not go into the dealership, just looking, due to credit issues I am afraid to try but Carwin was super.
