Dealerships near me (Katy, TX)

They won’t let you communicate through email, and they try to force you into a phone call. I work 2 full-time jobs and don’t have the time for phone calls, so text works better for me, since I was only looking for some additional information. I was contacted by an individual, but then passed off to his “team” that I never heard from. I finally got the info I wanted, but it required persistence on my part and a few days.

Made an appt to test drive the vehicle. Was not expecting a discount off advertised price. Expecting to pay price plus TT&L. Not the case. Dealership added several charges for items that used to be options. Including $899 for tint warranty, 1 year warranty $2900 (same as factory warranty) there were several others I can’t recall. Asking price above $25,986. Walk out price almost $35,000. Would not negotiate the add ones except for the tint warranty. Also when looking at the vehicle it smelled like fast food. Looked in the backseat and there was an In and Out Burger bag. Really Classy! Buyer Beware!

Perfect customer service….. the deal was done over the phone and via text…. All we had to do is sign and drive. Awesome experience

I inquired about this car being available on 5/10 and was contacted a few days later (after the listing disappeared) to set up an appointment for today at 2p to view this car and was told this car would be in the front and ready to test drive. I showed up to the location an hour early to find out the car wasn't there and definitely was not available as the salesperson had no idea where it was. I had to commute an hour out of my way for a 5min conversation that could have taken place over the phone. I was only interested in this car and had looked over the entire dealers inventory before making the inquiry so I found it to be extremely unprofessional of the entire sales team to not check the availability of the vehicles they have out for meetings, update the customers as the vehicles become unavailable, and communicate amongst the whole 4 people that exist in the department. I would not recommend trusting this dealer on the availability of their vehicles.
