Sales person never returned my call

I barely ever write reviews, but the experience I had at Island Subaru was so good I had to share. I recently purchased a used 2025 Subaru Ascent Onyx Edition Touring, and it was a completely flawless process. Henri and the sales manager, Engin, were absolutely amazing and worked with me to make sure I got exactly the deal I wanted. Yuri in finance was also fantastic—he actually managed to get my original rates lower, which made the deal even better. Transparent, stress-free, and highly recommended. The dealer refused to answer any questions regarding other fees not inclided in the out the door pricing unless I came into the dealership. Huge red flag here, seems deceptive marketing

Excellent and professonal

The price online it not the actual price. It assumes $2000 down. When I was leaving I overheard a manager say, “Someone smart will buy the car!” Then the raised the online price by $2000 assuming to increase their margin. Multiple people from the dealership were texting me from the same number.
