Roy and his manager Madison were amazing! It was an amazing experience. I didn't feel pressured at all.

We drove 2 hours from another state the car was sitting waiting for us. We walked in Identified who we were to the receptionist and she had a salesman on deck. After a few quick moments we were out the door and for a test drive in Jersey city , NJ. Not being familiar with the territory we asked the sales rep for directions . He directed us through the a narrow city street over speed humps and at all of 15 MPH asks us well has does it feel? ( the car did get a chance to shift gears, the steering could not be felt for looseness etc.) we had to ask him to take us out somewhere to open it up a little. Financing once we got in went quickly, we waited 2 hours while the folks ahead of us required a translator. Mind you its the end of the day and all we want to do is buy the car and get home and avoid driving after dark in a strange city that we were not familiar with. Handling out of state business was a challenge for them. In all it was not worst experience but not one I want to repeat.

It was pretty bad experience overall . Considering the fact I drove an hour and a half to this location and the car I wanted to look at wasn't there. I received a phone call confirming my appt while I was on the belt parkway 45 min before I was due there. Then the sales team tried to sell me on a "similar" truck that was in older, had more miles and less options. They Could have saved me the frustration . Gas, tolls and time if they would have just checked the vehicle was there and not wasted my time. The entire experience felt like a Bait and switch and I was trapped to buy the other truck. Ended up Buying a truck back On Long island
