Salesman tried to sell me a car that had failed an emissions test six weeks earlier, and suggested that the one-time temporary 60-day inspection sticker on the vehicles windshield was there because someone "had checked the wrong box." In truth, after a failed emissions test, the state of New Hampshire gives the dealership 60 days to complete repairs. Salesman insisted the car would pass inspection even though the temporary sticker was due to expire in two weeks time, and the car had still not passed an emissions test.

Made the initial appointment with Brian but he had Nathan take care of me. Nathan was very nice and helpful. He test drove the car with me and we had a thorough discussion about the car and its options. I purchased the car. My trade-in car was too old to get any value for it, so he gave me the option of donating it to charity. The charity also was able to pick it up from the dealership so I did not have to find a ride to pick up my new used car.
