Subaru dealerships near me (Hanover, MA)

I had high hopes of going to this dealership and buying the car but I received a call from the place stating that since I was from NH, they were adding a $500 fee to register my car! What? They explained to me that they've been burned before from people from New Hampshire. So I would have to pay the cost of them sending a driver to the registry of New Hampshire to register the car for me. I don't think this was a good place to do business with after that. It's too bad because I really liked the car. The price was good, but their business practices led me to look to other dealerships that have equally good deals.

Did not buy a car yet but dealer has kept in contact to assist when ready. They have not been pushy or overbearing. I will continue to watch their site.

The AI auto responses were multiple and confusing. I wasn’t sure who I was talking to at any given point. A sales person never actually contacted me. I got conflicting information about purchasing out of state and asked for a sales manager to call me. Never heard from anyone. Bought elsewhere.

Made the whole process very easy and got me a lower rate then I was able to find anywhere else.

The sales rep Greg was what sold me. I mean the car was great. But Greg made the whole process enjoyable. People make the difference!
