Dealerships near me (Stafford, VA)

I scheduled a test drive, when I arrived, they said the car was out for State Inspection and wouldn't be back for 45 minutes. I went for lunch, they called and said the car failed inspection and wouldn't be available that day. At this point I was no longer interested in the car.

I have never been so impressed with a Car Dealership! Unlike my experiences in the past at other Dealers who performed the old "Bait & Switch", added unnecessary excessive mark ups and were basically rude and sneaky, this experience was the complete opposite. I was treated with the utmost respect and got an incredible deal on my vehicle - it was seemless!!! From Beginning to End a 5 Star Experience. Highly Recommend ;-)

I wanted to test drive this car, but the dealership was non-stop contacting me - six different agents, none of them communicating with each other, pushy and poorly written emails. I was so willing to test drive this cutie of a car, but I was turned off from the dealership before I even got there. 20+ emails in a few days was obnoxious, in a word.

STAY AWAY! 2011 Odyssey 143K mi. listed at $5,999 which was $500-1000 under most other dealers... but thankfully after reading other reviews I asked them what the final price would be after all fees included me paying for the van in full at point of sale without any financing. Their answer came back with a grand total price of $11,400 which is getting close to double of the $5,999 list price! They said it was a $1,900 dealer fee, $750 registration fee, and $2,800 for some certification fee to cover all the work they had done on it at the dealer... I told them there was no way I could pay this much and said my best price I could do was $7,700. They said they needed to talk to owner and called back soon after and said $10,717 was the best price they could do. Of course I still wouldn't pay $3,000 extra and called 3 other dealers with similar vans for sale. They all quoted $500-1,000 in total fees and I bought a similar van from another dealer for $7,750 grand total! :)

Don't bother, seriously. The initial response is generated. They'll try to get your phone number. Don't give it. They never sent me an out the door price breakdown after asking twice. Said they would get in touch shortly. Never did. Very shady.
