Dealerships near me (Stafford, VA)

I saw this jaquar a few days ago havent had any real communication i think the car is nice id really recommend to others to shop here. Im out of state so cant say if they can work with me. But id really love to be driving this classic car

The people there treated me well. But, What I did not like was being denied a request to have two tires replaced and when I got the vehicle home, I found a disgusting mess behind the third row seats. They promised me a replacement piece of seat trim I never got. I also assumed that since this was what I thought was a reputable Dealer, they would have done a better job detailing it. I honestly would not recommend buying from them.

I wanted to test drive this car, but the dealership was non-stop contacting me - six different agents, none of them communicating with each other, pushy and poorly written emails. I was so willing to test drive this cutie of a car, but I was turned off from the dealership before I even got there. 20+ emails in a few days was obnoxious, in a word.

Im not sure when I was filling out paperwork I was get 4 calls a day. Then once I was told I was alset they need to do a few things I have not even heard from them I reached out to manger we said he will look into it and let me know i got a follow up message saying did my team reach out to u well aprently not if u still have the corvette ove been waiting almost a week and a half 2 weeks sents ive done paperwork and its absolutely frustrating to the point I dont eve. Give a crap about the car or even care if I pick it up now. I could of bought 3 cars over for the time I waited for this crap the last vehicle I bought I started at 9am and had the car by 3pm and drove it home that good service I dont know what the hell is going on witj this dealer

Bought our car without even stepping foot at the dealership. They answered every question we had in a timely manner and deal was done in a day and shipped to me the next day. Couldn’t be happier with the process and we love our Escalade! Will definitely look to them for our next purchase!
