The employee that I worked with was phenomenal. Thank you Anne Sue. I was disappointed by the condition of the car and the finance options. The car looked much worse in person than what was presented online. I have great credit and the best financing I could get was 18%. Insane. Also communication was a little aggressive. Repeated calls after communicating I was no longer interested.

They negotiated fairly, the process was transparent, and we were in and out in about three hours. They even cleaned the car and added gas while we waited.
