I didn't travel to the dealership. My circumstances changed so I didn't purchase the vehicle I inquired about through the CarGurus website. But the customer service was prompt, polite and not pushy.

I found the exact car I was looking for at Strong VW. I’m in California so as soon as I expressed interest they went out and took a comprehensive video of the interior and exterior of the car and sent it to me. They provided me with an “out the door” price that was acceptable and I placed a deposit to hold the car. I made arrangements to fly to Salt Lake City in a couple of days. and I was picked up at the airport by the dealership in the car I was purchasing. It was exactly as described and I was on my way back to California in a short time.

Great experience. However, car was sold by another salesman.

This dealer was deceptive. They originally posted a photo of a different Titan. Having seen the actual truck, I understand why they did it. It’s a dog. There was no notice saying “Stock photo” or “Photo coming”. It was intentional deception to get people through the door. If I could give zero stars, I would.
