I found the exact car I was looking for at Strong VW. I’m in California so as soon as I expressed interest they went out and took a comprehensive video of the interior and exterior of the car and sent it to me. They provided me with an “out the door” price that was acceptable and I placed a deposit to hold the car. I made arrangements to fly to Salt Lake City in a couple of days. and I was picked up at the airport by the dealership in the car I was purchasing. It was exactly as described and I was on my way back to California in a short time.

This dealer was deceptive. They originally posted a photo of a different Titan. Having seen the actual truck, I understand why they did it. It’s a dog. There was no notice saying “Stock photo” or “Photo coming”. It was intentional deception to get people through the door. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I spoke the salesman (wil) I think was his name, I send the pictures of my truck on Friday afternoon, so he told me he would be in touch with me first thing Saturday morning, he never called me back, I finally got in touch with him late that evening and he sold it to someone else, I ask him why did you not call me first and his responds was that I never made a down payment . I will NOT EVER call on you guys again and PLEASE do LIKE wise. A PISS POOR DEALERSHIP !!!!!!!!!

They did get back to me, however the description on the automobile was what I was looking for, however in reality it was not the correct color I was in search of.
