Good customer service

Went to the dealership and car wasn’t there. Told my husband it was out for recall. I reached out twice to see when car would be available. Received a email and text asking me when I would like to test drive. Then I reached back out to see when available. They told me it was sent for service and I’d hear back by Monday. Wednesday I got a message it was sold. Terrible language barrier and was told the cars come in and people don’t take care of the vehicles. Then they fix them up and sell them. Poor commutation and no response! I would not go back!

Everything was done professionally. All question answered. Text, email response was done in a timely matter. I would recommend this service to everyone. Great staff Thank you
