Unfortunately this dealership pulled a bait and switch on us. We found what we thought was the perfect car and called to confirm that it was on site and available. When we arrived we were told that the car had “just sold” but that they could get us into a new car for a similar price. We walked out. The dealership called the next day and said they’d made a mistake and the car we wanted was available after all.

Said he would get back with me. He never did.

Advertised price was $32,988…. I had to ask, then finally demand, the final price which came to $39,550. It’s a ridiculous markup and false advertising. As other said a total bait and switch. These kind of dealerships give the good ones a bad reputation IMO! Yuck!

Treated me well. Great job with follow up.

Shane was very polite and friendly. The lot was crowded with vehicles. We weren't able to test drive as several vehicles needed to be moved.
