Car was as presented, great and fair dealership, didn’t purchase but wasn’t the fault of dealership or the car, just wasn’t the right fit for me at the time. Pat (owner) was very accommodating and understanding - highly recommended!

I sent all information on my trade. Many,many pictures multiple times. The estimator gave me a range. I drove about an hour. My car is immaculate. And they offered me $2000 below the minimum of the range. I have pictures to share with anyone who doubts me. I had an appointment so they knew i was coming. Their offer came up to the minimum range which I was fully prepared to accept when I got there. The trust was gone. Another dealer gave me $2000 over piazza's minimum offer and I did my deal there. It was for the best. I guess I should thank them. I got a nicer car and a much better deal somewhere else. I felt piazza did not communicate with their initial team members. I don't really think it was a bait and switch. I hope.
