Great Dealership. They found the car that I wanted but with extras that I didn't want because of family issues. They worked with me on line and over the phone until all issues were satisfied. I made one trip to the dealership and the SUV that we had discussed was there signed, sealed and delivered. I bought it. I am more than completely satisfied.

When I went to the dealer after setting up an appointment, they did not
have this vehicle as it was "sold". I made the appointment after hours on a
Friday and arrived at 3:00 PM on Saturday. They had another Cadenza with
slightly less miles for $3000.00 more. After negotiation, I purchased the
vehicle.

I have purchased many vehicles located more than 100 miles from my home and have not had a dealer that was as non-responxive as Savage Kia. After several emails, it was appearant that I needed more photos of the inside of the truck to dertermine if it had the options i needed. I never recieved them
