Before purchase now, my Cadillac SRX they replace a wheel bearing, which had a lock love nuts that require a key to remove the wheels after replacing the wheel bearing they did not give me the key. It cost me $500 to get those locks off my vehicle, I believe I should be reimbursed for expenses . that key should have been given to me and placing in my hand in person

Talked to a guy over the phone gave my details to him about trading in my car gave him all the numbers and even the vin number he told me he'd give me 6000 for my car when I plainly asked him even with negative equity he says yes so I drive a hr and half there go in to the building and tell the other guy that I talked to a man on the phone by the name of ... and he said oh yeah sure so I looked at him and repeated what the guy on the phone said and he shook his head and said sorry no he works from home this is what we do and yeah I ended up walking out seemed shady to me especially when one persons telling you yeah and the other is trying to pull something different

Everyone was very helpful, great customer service. Too bad the car was in the process of being sold as I was out for a test drive! They told me in advance that there were other people who came in and was interested in the car so they were upfront about it. Thanks anyways!
