Very dishonest people, they sold us a car that was supposed to be in dissent condition but when we went to change oil the car was damage underneath, it seems that the previous owner didn’t report it that’s why it didn’t show up in the car fax, the car is working fine, however the damage that has will be eventually developing malfunction in the car! We have been trying to contact the dealer but instead of receiving a support they have acted rude and inconsiderate, letting us withthe impression that definitely they knew about the damage, we totally understand that the car had no warranty but we were trusting that they would be selling us a car that was in a dissent condition, instead they are trying to make us feel that we damage the car ....really? Like you can’t tell that the damage looks old!!! we have had the car for three weeks and it won’t even go more than a mile everyday... why would we want to act dishonest about it? As much as possible I will keep informed people about this place... it’s not right to do that!!! I hope people see this. We r not trying but getting a fair treatment from them ... and no response!!!

They did return my call, gave detailed information about the car and answer all of my questions.

The sales associate was very friendly. However, I was extremely disappointed in the condition and quality of the vehicles on the lot. Obviously I did not look at every single one, so I am sure they did have some decent vehicles there, but every one that I went to look at was junk. The specific two that I was interested in both had MULTIPLE issues and visual defects that were not listed or pictured. I'm sorry to say that I wasted a Saturday morning. I honestly believe that they purchase cheap low quality vehicles from auction that have been banged up, possibly even totaled but never turned in to insurance, therefore having clean titles...who knows. One vehicle looked and smelled like it had been under water. A picture of the immaculate driver's seat was listed, but not the destroyed passenger seat that felt like thin cardboard that you could press your thumb through instead of leather. Just very unimpressed with their vehicles. Nothing personal, because like I said, the salesman was very professional and polite...just not a place that I would personally want to buy a vehicle from being the picky car guy that I am.

Rad is a good man all around help me find a car less than a hour and I was very happy with the car so thank you Empire motors for providing a great car

Max was patient with my son looking for his first car. He was honest and made us feel valued as a customer. Ultimately we did not purchase a car.but a great experience nevertheless.

Mr Chuck, did great on telling me how to get to the car lot. I like the car but after thinking about it, it wasn't the year I was looking for. Don't get me wrong the price was great. Thank you Mr. Chuck for your time.
