RAM dealerships near me (Waldorf, MD)

They never keep me informed about the car. Had to keep reaching out to them. Waited till I got to ask about a trade in. Never ask if I had a car. Was there all of 5-10 minutes. Waste of time going there.

I was under the impression this dealer was going to help me , i told them my requirement wants and they still presented vehicles that were above my price range , communication was off and i was told to come in a day after the finance manager was off to get a deal , everytime he said he would contact me back in 10-30 minutes he never did and i had to keep calling and felt as if i was pestering him and the staff , showed up and they still tried to force me i to buying a Subaru outback for $750 a month and i had clearly told them i didn’t want to have a payment that high , they acted as if they were running numbers on other vehicles that were cheaper and never did , but they told me that out of all the vehicles on the lot i only qualified for an outback that had been sitting for months . I do not recommend .

Dealer quick to respond to my inquiry. Listing accurately describe the conditions of the vehicle. The truck was clean and ready for me to test- drive. The dealership staff were friendly and accommodating. They were honest and respectful. Highly recommended.

They told me the Vehicle is Sold, the vehicle was still up for sale after week. I called again. They told me they will tell me. Never told.

We're negotiating. They don't want to accept the value of a car that isn't theirs. They're firm with their prices, but a trade-in is another matter. Let's see what happens!

The salesman made me drive for over three hours in the middle of a snowstorm with my family. And when I arrived, he told me he didn't have the keys to the vehicle, which I found ridiculous. He wasn't even able to warn me. Therefore, I felt the whole experience was disrespectful to the customer.
