Responded quickly

Went to go look at the car and it had massive hail damage. They said “it’s listed online” no where in the description did it mention the damage. When asked about it they said “we can look into fixing it”.

Contacted me right away. Asked if I was interested in the car which obviously i was because I Contacted them first. Then when I asked for an out the door price they never Contacted me again. I ended up buying from a other dealer. So if you want price transparency, look somewhere else.

Not a good professional experience,,they priced me the truck I was interested in, the next day the sales manager said there was a $7,000.dollar addendum added to the selling price that I was given,, he said it is for dealer add on's,, and he said the $7,000 dollars for their in house add on's cannot be removed,, even though I said I do not want those add on items ,, so no deal here for me,I went to another dealer for my new Ram 2500 Diesel.

Good experience

Called the dealer before showing up and glad i did. Price on website was not the actual, after asking for the actual price i was told there was an $3500 add on top of the advertised price plus tt&l and prep fees. This dealer is insane charging people bogus charges.
