Confirmed vehicle was at the dealership 40 mins before arriving and once there was told they sold it to their service department. Then tried to upsell another vehicle.

Excellent experience! A genuinely pleasant smaller car lot that doesn’t rely on gimmicks—no cappuccino machines or fancy tea menus, just good cars and honest people. The vehicles were in great condition, and I was handed the Carfax right away. It showed immaculate maintenance—new brakes, regular oil changes, fresh filters—all done before listing, not because a buyer requested it. Everyone I met was kind and professional, from the folks moving cars to the techs working on them. Prices were fair, and even an outside inspection confirmed I got a great deal. A refreshing change from the big-lot circus.

Trade in: Pictures and VIN were sent to the dealership ahead of time. The dealership researched the vehicle and verbally and in email communicated they would give what was owed on the vehicle. When we arrived, there was a check engine code on the vehicle. They cut the trade in value by half. They did not confirm the code type. They did not ask for repair receipts for the code. Financing-They use sub-prime lenders. Vehicle purchase price-CarGurus said it was overpriced by $2,000. They would not come down on price. Deposit-They required $500 to hold the vehicle for one week. It was not moving-sales. Sale-The vehicle had an error code. They said it was due to a battery "not charging". It ended up being a telescopic kit with over $1,500 for repair after taking it to a certified mechanic. I would never send anyone to this dealership. It was a terrible experience. The sales manager was rude and they sell cars online to unsuspecting good people for a profit. Stay away if you want a fair deal.

Salesman contacted me at the scheduled time. He was professional and was able to answer my questions without hesitation.

The price online was not the same price in store. Once in store they added reconditioning fees and other fees outside of tax/title. A car priced online at $20k was not up to just under $25k. They should provide all that pricing up front.

Great place

Brought the vehicle cash then to find out after that I purchased that it wasn't ready to pass inspection. Waited another two days for them to fix the issue. If I would've known prior (there wasn't any engine light when test driving) I would've never submitted the purchase. After two days, picked up the vehicle after they stated to fix the issue. While driving, engine light comes back on, turned out it's the same code they said they fixed. Drove it around now for a week thinking the engine would reset or go away but still on. And now I'm having issues with the battery.
