Overall was a good experience

Extremely cordial and very forth right about the vehicle and it's history. The salesman was very, very helpful in all aspects of the dealing. I would tell anyone doing business with the company they will be treated like family and enjoy the experience.

A sales rep contacted me and was GREAT! Very informative, very helpful. I contacted them on a Wednesday and said I wanted to come see the car the next day and more than likely purchase it. Again, the salesperson was great, said he'd be there between 1pm and 2pm when I said I would be up there. Noon Thursday I get a call to confirm the appointment, and I tell them I'm on my way, I'll be there shortly after 1pm. I get a call at 12:45pm saying"Hey, don't worry about it, the car has been sold." Keep in mind, the buyer wasn't even on the lot, while I had cash in my pocket. So, I wrote it off as bad luck and moved on, finding a vehicle I loved a few towns over. Well, come to find out a week later, the "buyer" came in, and changed his mind on vehicles, and didn't even purchase it. To summarize, I showed up with cash for a car that was on the lot, and because this person was a friend of the manager I was turned away, only for the car to be available again, a week later. Sales reps are great, but management is disappointing. If someone else had bought and paid for it before I arrived, I'd understand, but I was turned down because someone with connections wanted the car and called to say so WHILE I WAS ON THE WAY without paying anything. I found the manager's actions to be wildly unproffesional, and unfortunately for his salespersons it cost them commission on a sale.

I cannot remember when I have felt that a sales person I cared as much as Donnie about getting me in the right car at the right time. There was absolutely no typical sales pitch or aggression. When I turn in my lease car, this will absolutely be the dealer and sales person I turn to 1st!
