I made one trip to see a car I was interested in. The salesman I spoke with was unprofessional and immature. We made arrangements to see a car two days in advance and when we got there the car was not ready for us to see. We waited 30 minutes in the heat in their parking lot to get a look at the car. The car was nice and what we were looking for, but I had made it clear before coming out that I was interest Certified Pre Owned. The salesman assured me that that would not be a problem, but then began with a litany of excuses as to why it hadn't been certified. He pressured me to make a purchase without the certification in place on the promise that it could be handled swiftly. I said great, if it can be handled swiftly, handle it and call me when it's certified. I was peppered with incoherent texts. At one point the salesman sent me an email thanking us for coming out, and sent pictures of "the car you looked at today." Only thing, car pictured was NOT the one we looked at. Never again.
