There was a funny smell in the car and something is wrong with the engine, the car did not start immediately and was very sluggish when accelerating. Too bad, the truck looks sharp and had all the bells and whistles I was looking for. My salesman Ron was great and we're still working together to find me a truck.

People answering the phones are given a $30 bonus if they can get you to come into the store... Even if it means flat out lying. I called to make sure they still had the truck. "The computer says it's still here, but give me a minute to put eyes on it and make sure... Yeah, we still have it. Since you're driving from so far away I'll have them pull it up front so you won't have to wait long when you get here." When we get there, we're told the truck was sent to the auction a couple days prior because too many problems were found during inspection. Apparently, the people on the phone get a $30 bonus if they can get someone to come in. The salesman was friendly and tried being helpful, but he was sabotaged by the initial lie. I will never do business with any Andy Mohr dealership.

I really don't want to give them one star... I was told to come on in and test drive , made sure the vehicle was still there... Arrived and was handed off to a different sales person... Then told it was sold... I live an hour and a half away from the dealership... I received a notification on the way home that the price had dropped ... Perfect price point I wanted to stay in. So I called the next day and yes it's still there... No one bought the truck... No one had an offer on it.. they just didn't want to make a sale that day I guess ..

Horrible. Salesman was extremely pushy. Told him I wasn’t buying a car that day 3 times. Still insisted I “ take it home overnight.” Will not return and have asked them not to contact me ever again.

I was in contact with them for several. I drove 35 miles to see the car and when I got there they had sent it to auction. They did not call be or text me to let me know. I will never buy from Andy Mohr or any Ford Dealer.

Kinda got passed around by a few sales personnel at first and had 4 emails by different people. But we got it sorted out and I got with Tom Ziss. He was very helpful and even tried to find something for me even though the unit I’d come to see had sold. We weren’t able to make a deal right now, but I felt good about my experience with Tom and when I get ready to deal again he’ll be my guy.

We were very disappointed that after emailing and telling the dealership what time we would arrive to look at the vehicle we had asked about, that the person who gave us their name, and told us to ask for her, wasn't there. Nor was the vehicle. It had been sold. We drove over an hour to get to the lot because they said they would hold it for us to see. Very disappointed!

I emailed asking about a specific car, and I was emailed right back with the info I was looking for plus several very detailed pictures. I ended up buying a car at a closer location, but Andy Mohr Ford was very helpful and good to communicate with.

I filled out online application so they could confirm that I would qualify for a loan for the vehicle before I made a trip to the dealership. I never received a yes or a no concerning my credit application. They did reach out to me again a couple days later wanting to know if I was interested in buying a vehicle. when I informed them I had already did the online process, I was informed that the Hummer had already sold. I chose another vehicle, a 2013 BMW X5 and again requested that they confirm if I would qualify for a loan and I have yet to hear back from them.

The people there don't know how to add Must less sale I car ... The price went from 138 to 168 back and forward they went the wrong way.. The salesman knew nothing about the car. The yellow hummer has s check light on that needs $2000 Worth Of catalytic converters Airbag lot on full of rust... And who knows what else I just got that from salesman never seen the hummer!!! 2005 yellow h2 sut hummer

I called directly to Andy Mohr Ford to confirm that the car I was interested in was in fact in inventory, I was assured that it was but when I visited the store an hour later I was informed that it had been sold two days prior. I don’t care for the fact that this store and it’s sales staff has no respect for a potential buyers time. Or were they playing the old bait and switch?

This was the worst. I actually went twice to look at a Ford 2015 Explorer.It was a complete waste of time. They told me they could get me financed and it was not true. Run as fast as you can from here folks.

Trying to advertise a car that they don't even have gave me a run around telling me its here no its there they don't even know where the car is at, turns out they don't even have the car I found the same car that matches the vin number at a small dealer .They advertise cars that they don't have just so they can make you drive 45 minutes and try to put you in a different car and on top of that that the same car was priced $2000 cheaper at the other dealer then what they had it advertised for.....I know they have more overhead then the smaller dealer but god $2000 more

Wasted 2 hours of my time. Via email, an appt was set for me to see/drive the vehicle. After driving 45 minutes to the dealership, the sales staff couldn't locate the truck and left me roaming around the lot for 25 minutes. The truck was then found behind the building and we were told it had been "blue tagged" and was not sellable. Complete waste of time. I would never recommend this dealership.

Vehicle exterior and interior were not clean. One would think the dealership would want that. Auto sales people were competent and friendly but no one can easily try to sell a dirty car.

They didn’t even have the vehicle I was wanting to look at. They even told me that they had it through email. Get there the same day to look at it and its gone. Just a ploy to get me in the door because they immediately started trying to sell me vehicles way out of my budget. Never again.

Don't understand why they just could not be honest and tell me They were raising the price, instead of the run around the needless trip, and the lies telling me after we got there, this truck was sold, when all along they simply raised the price. and did not want to except my offer. I will never be back and plan to tell my family and friends of my experience . hope it was worth it....

The vehicle was incredible, but the dealership didn't like my offer nor even bothered to counter. However, I did recieve an email 3 to 4 days after my initial visit letting me know they had dropped the price of the car by around $400. The two star rating is only for the quality of the vehicle.

The truck I went to see with an appointment had a rod knock so it wasn’t even at the dealership but no one let me know. Then they spent over an hour trying to convince me to settle for a truck I didn’t want. Too much pressuring. If a customer doesn’t want what’s in your inventory, don’t take it personally.

I stopped looking when I realized the truck didn’t have a Diesel engine. I’m not sure why anyone would spec a f350 platinum with a gasoline engine. I rated low in the dealer because once they found out my position, they never replied to, maybe, help me find what I’m looking for.

I have dealt with several dealers over the years. A.M. Is almost as unresponsive as another dealership. They hit you with emails and refuse to acknowledge any feedback from the consumer resulting in the experience being a waste of mine and their time. I do not place the blame on the sales person however after speaking with other dealership sales personnel Andy Mohr is not known for much in terms of personality. If his employees could speak freely I suspect they would be less than thrilled with his philosophy of doing business. Not as bad as a few other Dealers philosophy but close!

Set up an appointment at 10am went to wrong building and wad told the camaro was already sold. Not happy about that...ended up buying a mustang instead. Even know i was happy with my purchase i would have like to known that it was sold...

Called to ask some basic questions about a car, they would/could not privded ant details wanted us to drive 2 hours, then the next car they told us the car was on the lot, it had been sold several days prior, have called, txt and emailed incessantly from multiple numbers since, had to block the phone numbers as they came through

Dealer would not budge on price with hard sell on extended warranty, which I did not buy. Additional charge for theft protection, which was not discussed until signing of papers. Typical Car dealer. I bought the truck, however I did not trade in my old truck. I netted an additional $3000 by selling it via the use car dealer next door.

Went in to look at a vehicle, took my brother in law with because he was more knowledgeable about cars. They were able to let me test drive the vehicle I had came to see. I decided I would be interested in purchasing said vehicle, however, I needed my husband to also look at it and be with me to fill out paperwork. While there I requested the out the door price and what the price would be with each extended warranty so my husband and I could discuss which we would like to purchase if any. Salesman refused to give any out the door price for vehicle. we proceeded to collect the information we needed for the bank for our loan. Salesman said they could match our bank or do better for financing. Husband comes back next morning and it was a completely different story. They gave us an out the door price however would not allow us to get an extended warranty unless we financed through them. The finance deal they offered us was a higher interest rate by atleast 1% and price went up substantially. They also went $200 over what we said we wanted to pay per month and that was with a hefty down payment. Very disappointed with how everything turned out. Needless to say we did not purchase the vehicle.

They were quick to set up a appointment to have me come look at the car that I was interested in but failed to tell me that the car was sold a few days before I was scheduled to come in, When the day came for me to come in I told them that the car I wanted was sold and they told me that they had over 300 cars available.... I would have just appreciated if I was given a heads up on the fact that my car was sold but I'm glad I checked back on CarGurus to see that it was sold before making that long drive.

VERY BAD Business practices. After agreeing on a price, I started getting everything in order. The salesperson called me and said that I would need more money and that the person I talked to was not authorized to make deals. then the sales manager called me and lied to me by telling me that no one there ever agreed to a price. I'll never do business with ANY Andy Mohr businesses because off this.

Car was dirty I'm not ready to be shown. I was told over the phone they would except $5000 . When I got there sales manager wanted $6800 he was rude and repeatedly lied to me. Typical bait and switch .

I was all the way down to the final negotiation, and they sold the vehicle right out beneath me. I had already arranged shipping and finalized the information,,,, and I get a text.... OH we sold the car. Just Oh Yeah and they tried to sell me an extended warranty that is already part of the Certified pre-owned vehicle purchase. Bad dealership behavior.

They had a nice low mileage truck but after I called they informed me that it was not for sale anymore due to a engine problem. They were at least honest and upfront about the issues. The salesperson was very professional too.

Contact day before I made the long two county drive over only to find out the truck was on hold. They tried to put me in a different truck. Shady having someone spend the entire day dealing with a buisness just to waste ones time.

Received phone call quickly and described my goal for a deal on a used late model vehicle. When asked about pictures on my possible trade-in I went out and took pictures and forwared to the sales person. E-mail responses back (my preference during early negotiations) seemed tto indicate they either never received my email responses or just failed to respond to them. I continually get emaols from the dealer but nothing in response to what I've sent.

The car is not as good as it looks refused to drop price despite no horn no AC no breaks and deteratig interior sales rep said he would have his crew look at it and give us a quote on what it would cost to fix problems and get back to us next day 3 days later no word he class and asks when we plan to buy and now a week later the price has dropped horrible place

I asked for pictures for two weeks before being contacted, in which point I was asked if I was still interested in the vehicle. I live two hours from the dealer and just wanted to see the vehicle before traveling. I was told pics would be put up right away and here it is more than a month later and still nothing, and still being asked if Im interested and hassled for not coming to look at it.

They left it to the customer to ask for or point out any deficiencies during the transaction. They eventually satisfied nearly all of the issues but it could have been much more pleasant if they were proactive.
