Did not spend any time at the dealership was told to come in to finish the deal on Monday but it got sold on Saturday not even notified that it was sold.. had to find out through cars guru got the car was sold. I also had a car to trade in before the car was sold and they didn't even acknowledge that. If a deal was made with a customer for the customer to come in on Monday but it gets sold on Saturday that shows you there is no loyalty to customers at least in my opinion

Initial outreach was very friendly. Took it for a quick test drive and the bus immediately popped a check engine light. Using an OBD scanner on the vehicle revealed ODBII codes that weren't acknowledged in discussion about condition of vehicle. Assured us they'd be fixed if we bought it, but if you're expecting to sell this vehicle, why not prove the codes aren't a concern by addressing them prior to our purchase? Touted their 30 day warranty as assurance with the error codes, but unless you're local it's a major hassle to drag the bus back for them. We decided to move on to more reliable dealers.

Gave deposit, went to pick up car and they didn’t give me the car because something was wrong with it. Bad communication.

Visited Tuckahoe Autoland last weekend (in under 10 degree weather). Dealer showed me the car which was in the back of many cars. He also showed me a Nissan that was in back of many cars. Neither car could/would be moved so that I could test drive them. Dealer kept asking if I was financing or paying cash. I let them know that I wouldn't consider buying any car that I could not test drive.

Horrible the car is not even in the lot for you to see. They ask for a commitment for even seeing the car. The girl never told us this wasted our time
