Gave deposit, went to pick up car and they didn’t give me the car because something was wrong with it. Bad communication.

Visited Tuckahoe Autoland last weekend (in under 10 degree weather). Dealer showed me the car which was in the back of many cars. He also showed me a Nissan that was in back of many cars. Neither car could/would be moved so that I could test drive them. Dealer kept asking if I was financing or paying cash. I let them know that I wouldn't consider buying any car that I could not test drive.
