I had an immediate problem after getting the car home. I did not drive it home, I put it on a trailer and brought it to my home. The 1st day I took it our, there seemed to be a battery or battery charging issue. I've made the dealer aware of it, so we'll see how it goes.

I was approved to purchase a 2025 Denali. I could not make it until Saturday morning to pick the truck up. He stated that was fine and that he would see me Saturday. As I was getting ready to leave I received a text stating they sold the vehicle, but had a different one I could purchase. The dealership is two hours a way. If I wanted a different one, I would have purchased one where I live. Which I ended up doing, but was so disappointed at their professionalism.

They got back to me right away. Everything was very good. Just the wrong color.

Nick was great to work with. He met with us promptly, took the time to walk us through the car, and made the test drive easy and comfortable—no pressure at all. He was patient with our questions and really helpful throughout the visit. I’d definitely recommend asking for Nick.
