They said the car was available for viewing. I made an appointment for the next morning I came over the next morning only to be told the car had been gone for two days. Then a few hours after I left I got a message from that same sales person asking if I had any further questions about the car I viewed earlier. I never viewed it

Sent several emails about this vehicle, and was given the run-around for 2 days. So I drove down to Canton, which was 45 minutes away from me. Upon arriving, I found out that the vehicle had not passed inspection, and was sent to auction. Very poor communication skills, and I could only imagine how awful the buying experience would have been.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience. I drove five hours to see the car. All of the communication prior to going down was wonderful. Once I arrived I went on a test drive. Things went fine until we sat down and the Ron Marhofer sales representative began showing me charts on how great of a price the car was. Which I knew and thus made the trip. I then asked him how fixed the price was and asked about negotiating, which he then abruptly spouted "ARE YOU BLIND". I was shocked by such an angered response to a completely valid question when purchasing a used car that has been on the lot for 70 days and now it is still there almost 100 days and lowering it's price. His behavior was rude and very unprofessional which is why I chose not to purchase the vehicle and left. Really disappointed considering most of the reviews here were very good. I just wish my experience had been the same.

Arrived at scheduled appointment on time to have wrong vehicle shown and told that's the one I inquired about. I had to pull CarGurus up on my phone to prove which one to again be told I had inquired about another. Finally salesman pulled out sheet listing and I pointed out the correct one. We did purchase but after getting final quote and telling salesman we were pre-approved from our credit union, the demeanor became one of less enthusiasm to appreciate our business. Happy with purchase,just expected better people skills throughout the process. Salesman didn't seem good at reading our reactions to keep us engaged.The finance manager was a little put out from his inability to sell us an extended warranty to the point of exampling an electronic part by attempting to quiz myself and my wife on our ability to tell what the part was. Again not real good at reading people's reaction to the conversation. Overall ok experience,expected more and got less than we felt we deserved.

Excellent family run dealership. We are in Minneapolis,MN and purchased a vehicle from them 800 miles away. Vehicle was exactly as described. They held the vehicle for us several days. We had excellent communication with them and they stayed open late to close the transaction on a Friday night. Alex Chapman was very helpful before, during and after the sale. Probably the best car purchasing experience we have ever had at a dealership. We would do it again.

Sales people were generally pleasant in person or on the phone, but out of five different cars on three separate occasions, they wouldn't let me see a car that is listed here or claimed it didn't exist. Today, I called about a car that I just got a price notification for. The salesman said they must have sold it recently because it's not in their system. At this point, I have sounds about the things they tell me. I've had a poor experience.

For the second time within 2 months this dealer listed a vehicle that was priced well below market price. According to CarGurus Market Price Analysis it was the best deal within a 500 radius...A deal that was in fact to good to be true. Turns out when you talk with a representative the vehicle "Just Sold"...but of course they have other vehicles they want to show you. The old "Lost l\Leader" technique that they are always out of...Online shoppers beware, especially if you plan to drive a long distance to see the vehicle.

The dealer responded the next day via email for me to contact the office. I called and left a message. The salesperson I spoke with scheduled for me to see the car on Saturday. I received a call back stating that the car was being sent out to be detailed and they would email me a video of the car inside and out on Monday/Tuesday. Today is Wednesday and I haven't received an email or a call. I'll keep looking for this vehicle type at other dealers.

The worst - had my credit info and sit on it all day - returned my call finally at 8:55 pm saying we were good and then emailed me the next am to say someone else bought it after 9 - really!!!!! Also, the finance guy tried to tie me to a 4.5 interest rate when I got a 1.99 from my credit score - very rude and disrespectful!!! My advise is don't even contact them!!!! Beth

You couldn't ask for a better car buying experience than the one I had at Ron Marhofer Buick GMC. It was my first time at this dealership. I drove over an hour to get there and it was well worth the trip. Glenn and Tristan made car buying enjoyable instead of aggravating. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal and a fun car buying experiance.

Steve Richards at RMBG took all the time with us that we needed for our purchase. Ask for Steve or Dan, they are both honest men, more concerned with your needs than just making a sale. I recommend them too anyone in the Akron- Canton area.

Very helpful and informative. They also were very willing to help with something I wanted fixed on the car. They took the time to explain the car fax. They were not pushy or shady. I didn't buy the car but it had nothing to do with the dealer. They were top notch and I'd gladly ride the 2 hours the next time I'm looking for a car.
