Made appointment and sold to someone else without informing previous customer that had interest first. Poor customer service!!!

I ask Carlos Cardoso, i wanted to pay for it in cash that I didn't mind not going over there to "test drive". he said he can't sell me anything unless i test drive the car, What a joke. It get sold after putting an appointment for me because he demanded i go over to test drive a car that i already agree on pay for. I'll be sure not to recommend this scummy dealership.

The lady who helped us with the car was great but they wanted to add 2800 on the price for taxes and fees with an inspection fee. The car had the engine light on so wouldn't pass the inspection so we were highly confused about their "inspection" fee. They were willing to work with us on these the price of these fees which we appreciated and fix the car at the condition to drop their 1 month warranty. An engine light is too much of a red flag especially when they are saying they can fix it easily (why they didn't do it?!). Again the people were great and really responsive but the fees were out the roof.

Still waiting on my title so transaction on hold
