Sun Coast Porsche was very responsive to my inquiry and followed-up several times to accommodate my specific circumstances. Regrettably I couldn't pursue further negotiations due to unforeseen personal circumstances.

I called and talked a sale-rep regarding of 2023 Lexus. We talked the price over the phone then she told me that her sale manager would call, text and email me back later in the afternoon. So guess what? It wasn’t. The next day I called back and requested to talk to the same sale-rep, she promised me on the second day that her sale manager will contact shortly (same day). So I waited but nothing happened. I am not surprised that how this dealership has 3.7 ratings. I am so done.

The staff were attentive and I applaud the sales department for being available 'after hours', as compared to most dealerships! I became frustrated with the approach of the associate, as he started telling me how we were going to save $3500 before we disclosed our needs, chose a vehicle or discussed any financial information with him! The car we found online and went to look at hadn't been detailed or inspected, according to staff, however they pulled it up front and allowed us to look at it. I'm concerned that the car was already online being advertised and had been priced prior to even being inspected! ...
