Nissan dealerships near me (Dallas, TX)

If I could give 0 stars I would, they lied about having the car I wanted to look at up to arriving at the dealership where they told me it was deemed unsuitable and sent to auction. They then had my fiancé and I look at a Volkswagen only to ask for a co-signer when I was told I wouldn’t need one. They also told me the Nissan Murano I had inquired about was $17,000 when online it stated $12,994. If you’d like to be given the run around, come here. No one seemed to know what was going on there even though I had talked to several people days leading up to arrival. I ended up leaving with nothing and getting a car from a different place the following day.

Called 2 times before traveling a long way to make sure car was there, told it was there and then told it just sold. Tried to put me in another vehicle with more mileage and money lesser model. Classic bait and switch!

Very unorganized! Don’t know their own inventory! Sold a car I went to look at and then they called the next day asking if I was still interested in it.

Unfortunately this dealership pulled a bait and switch on us. We found what we thought was the perfect car and called to confirm that it was on site and available. When we arrived we were told that the car had “just sold” but that they could get us into a new car for a similar price. We walked out. The dealership called the next day and said they’d made a mistake and the car we wanted was available after all.

Overall the best car buying experience I've had. Will definitely be recommending them my friends and family. Xristan Turner was great.
