The dealer was extremely responsive and wanted to be a part of my car buying experience. They reached out to me within a few hours of requesting information and answered all of my questions. I recommend this dealership and am happy to be a future buyer.

The salesman said car was sold contract pending. He called back after 6:00 and said the deal did not go through. There asking price was 17,995.00 which would of came out to about 19,400.00. I asked the salesman to get me the out the door price so I could get a cashier check . He called back and said the sales manager wanted 20,000.00 because they put new tires on the car . I did not do business with them.

Personally, not a good experience. I had 3 different people contact me to confirm a test drive for a specific truck and after driving almost an hour I received a call 5 minutes from the dealership, telling me the truck was sold. If the car buying process isn't enough stressful enough, having your personal time absolutely wasted is not a way to increase customers. Randy

Poor. Was evasive in responding to simple questions about what I would have to pay for the vehicle when given cash offer and no trade option. Leads me to belive previous raters were right on about exorbitant dealer mark ups above Internet list prices.

The advertised price did not include a cost of $1,895 or a disclaimer the certification charges would be an added on Nissan national charge. Other dealerships that I dealt with and eventually bought a nearly identical certified vehicle did not include this "Nissan national certification charge". They had either included that cost into their advertised price, chose not to pass it on to the consumer, or it truly is not a "Nissan national certification charge". A second non-disclosed charge or disclaimer was that a $500 rebate was included into the price for financing the car. Since I was a cash buyer and did not require financing, the cost of the vehicle went up by $500. These costs amounted to over a 10% increase to the advertised price of the vehicle. If they would have been upfront on these hidden costs, I may have purchased the vehicle from them. the rest of the customer experience was satisfactory.

When we were unable to come to an agreement on price (they were unwilling to negotiate AT ALL), the salesman simply got up from the table and left. There was no "thanks for coming in, sorry we couldn't make it work" or handshake or acknowledgement of any kind. He just frowned at me, gathered up his paperwork and walked away. Also, they were going to charge $1495 to certify the vehicle with only 4400 miles on it. Clay Cooley also had cars tagged as "certified pre owned" with obvious body work and very poor paint touchups. When we questioned this initially, we were told it was tagged as certified by mistake by a "$10 per hour guy". When we questioned it on a second vehicle they simply didn't acknowledge our comments. The Clay Cooley dealership is dishonest and unprofessional across the board.

Was serious about buying car but one of those dealers that starts off with the full asking price and then starts ADDING more to it such as $200 for Nitrogen for tires and a few more things. Left there saying just give me bottom line price and forget my trade-in and never heard back.

They actually had the car I wanted, however they played so many games with the financial cost, like adding an additional $1450 on to the listed internet price if you wanted the car to have the Nissan cert. warranty (which was listed on the internet as part of the price). The back and forth $$ games was so disturbing they lost my business. The one good thing was my sales agent did demonstrate how to use the many features on the vehicle.

I was not happy because after driving 44miles to see the car I was told it was not there. I was then offered an alternative vehicle with twice the miles and a higher price tag.

Drove over 1 hour to get the new car that was to have been detailed for a new car pickup and window tinting was to have been installed as part of the agreement. When we arrived, nothing of the above had been done. Was told they had been "swamped" and couldn't get to it. I was very disappointed that no one had called me ahead of time to inform me so I could have picked up the car at a later date. They were not respectful of the customers time or inconvenience. My wife and I both left even though they offered to take money off the deal. It wasn't about the money at that point, it was about the principal and how this dealer treated a new customer.

While this dealership was prompt in their response, I feel they misrepresented the vehicle entirely. When I visited for a test drive the vehicle had 33,000 more miles than advertised and was not a certified pre-owned vehicle. I even called the dealership to confirm the information online before my visit and was blatantly lied to. When I asked the salesman why it was listed incorrectly, he stated it must have been a typo (that's some typo) and the person I spoke with over the phone was only an 'appointment setter' (her title in her email is internet sales manager). The sales guy stated they would try to make it right however their idea of making it right was pushing me to a newer model with a higher sticker price. They were not willing to budge at all on anything and ultimately I left disappointed since I had intended on leaving with the car that day. Unfortunately due to the my experience I will not be returning to this dealership ever nor would I recommend to any family and friends. This vehicle is still listed with the incorrect information on your site (CarGurus) and the dealership's as well. Oh and it is now listed at $1000 more than when I viewed it initially.

The Clay Cooley Supercenter in Duncanville was trashy inside, not hospitable, and had ignorant salesmen. The guys at finance were really great but unfortunately charged my card twice and I had to wait three days to get $2500 back from them because of their mistake. All in all, an OK experience at best. They should really work on being more presentable inside and at least have water available and competent employees

Dealer did not have the vehicle available for test drive after sending me an email saying it was ready for a drive. Management took 20 minutes to research the situation only to tell me that the vehicle had been "sent out for service" that morning.

Worst dealership I had ever deal with!! They did not respect the advertised price, while I was waiting for the salesperson for the price I look up on their website to double check the price of almost 22k she came back with a price of 27k!!! And I td her about their advertise price for the vehicle I just had drove, so she asked me to show her on my phone when I tried to they already had erased the price but before they did I took a snap shot of it, she almost had a heart attack,!! Then she took my phone to her manager they came back and he was very aggressive. Also, About my trade in before I head to clay coolney I drove to carmax to get my car appraised and it was valued at $14000. Clay coolney only wanted to give me $10k and said that if wanted more to go to carmax and then go back to them.

The salesman are not familiar with their vehicles and could not answer simple questions they tried to pressure me into a vehicle that I did not like. They definitely need some customer service training. They did have some decent cars on the lot.
