Bait and switch. Terrible experience. Tom Peacock Quoted me a fair price but raised the price $5000 with addendums and then wanted to charge me an additional $3500 for Market Adjustment Fees. I've been purchasing new vehicles all my life and I have never encountered such nonsense in my life. I have the Purchase Orders and would be happy to share these Purchase Orders with you to show you what type of ridiculous work goes on at this dealership. Poor example of a Nissan Dealership. Worst I've ever seen, Tom Peacock Nissan obviously did not want to sell me a vehicle.

Not great, willing to pay cash for vehicle but for some reason a premium of 2K was added. When asked to remove this, I was informed they were unable to. Wouldn't recommend going to this place.

Experience was usual test drive the car but no negotiation on the price of the car. Cargurus is right the price is high, jd power and Kelly blue book confirm it. also market value for same vehicle 4,000 to 5,000 cheaper. Car was in great condition inside and out but also want to finance the vehicle in a 64 to 72 month car loan and have you pay attention to the “ cheap car payment” and ignore that you still got taxes, documentation fee plus if you want add on on the car pushing the vehicle at 17,000 . Everyone 17,000 for a 2013 Toyota Corolla with 80,000 miles. Even with evidence there number is close at 14,000 just on the car alone. Was a serious buyer gave a fair out the door price with the dealership making money plus intention on add ons and they benefit with financing with them but nothing. Either way great people stick to your number and walk away they need the consumer

The remote deal with this dealer, all the way from texas to oklahoma. Decent price.However, a lot of my questions did go unanswered. I very specifically asked if there were any recalls, and if there were.If they had already been taken care of I asked if there were any issues with the vehicle.And I asked if it had weather tech formats. I was told there were no issues and there are scratches on the vehicle.It does have an open recall that has yet to be taken care of. And the weather tech mats were, in fact, cheap mats from walmart that were so slippery.They got thrown away on the way home. I've also called the finance manager to see what I need to do to register my vehicle in texas.And have yet to hear back, and that has been three days. I think they would be a fine dealership.If you were there to do it all in person, but I don't really recommend doing remote deal.

After initial test drive and inquiry, I went in a second time for finance options. The price of the vehicle was DOUBLE the list price. At that point I had wasted two trips and several hours of time for misleading information. It was incredibly disappointing. Did not get the vehicle.

This was a horrible experience. I talked to AI for most of the time when I thought I was actually speaking to a human. I had my credit ran multiple times. I never understand they didn’t get back to me until after the car was sold told me everything would be OK then a week later told me I needed a cosigner which I never understood for a $10,000 car that I was willing to put $3000 on horrible service, horrible communication and because of this company my credit has gone down significantly for having it ran from so many times
