Everything was so great! Mr. Ryan is a awesome sales rep and the atmosphere and staff were very friendly. So I would hesitate to tell someone who's looking to buy a new or used vehicle from Berman Nissan of Chicago.

It took to long to have questions answered . I asked about financing didn't get a response. Made an offer again vno response. . Was very disappointed in my treatment.

I am still waiting for the vehicle to get on the showroom floor It was listed on CarGurus but it is not available at the dealer as of yet. they are keeping me updated. I will review again once I have viewed the vehicle

Although I didn’t buy the vehicle I went to Al Piemonte Nissan of which I viewed Online I did purchase a like vehicle another 2025 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum 4WD. The process only took a couple of hours which is rare when shopping for a vehicle. Sam was very knowledgeable and saw the process through from Start to finish. I knew the car was in transit to the dealership, however, I submitted a credit app online in hopes it would notify the dealership. That didn't happen, in fact, I ended up calling them 5/22/26 because I saw online that the car was now on the dealerships lot. Upon calling, of course it was 30 mins before they closed for the night, and I understand that John, the salesman I spoke with may have been ready to go home for the day. I wanted to know whether or not the car had a wrap on it, because it looks like it does from the pictures. John proceeded to tell me it was black, I said from the pics, it looks like a wrap on it. He repeated, no, it's black based on what he was reading from the specs of the car. John didn't offer to find out, maybe call me back later, instead, he told me it may be the angle you're looking at it, there was overcast outside when pics were taken, maybe it's your computer. He was rather dismissive and not willing to go the extra mile, and may have lost some business.

My salesman was super transparent. Just tried to upsell me on a car jack system for like $1700. I told no it was no problem. I took it right off overall great service sales and finance would recommend going to see them for a Nissan.
