Dealer ran our credit, but then sold the vehicle to another buyer! That was rude of them. They then offered a newer model with less miles, but much more expensive! I got a quote from another dealer and found new was only 2k more than their 2024 with 31,000 miles. That means the used car is overpriced.

I expressed interest and asked for additional photos ( other than stock photos) and got the run around from there.

Monroe nissan was an absolute dream to work with. They wanted to sell me our 26 blue frontier pro4x and they definitely went above and beyond to make this deal happened. The next day they drove tge truck from Monroe to Hampstead, NC. 26 blue pro4x with all the goodies. Truck is perfect. Will definitely do business again.

Wouldn't purchase from them ever again. Rip off. Tried to get me to pay an additional $6745 dollars for the vehicle when it was listed online for $6430. Yet marked it up to $6999 after i gave them $4000 dollar down payment and additional $281.04 for warranty. Vehicle didn't have heat, no fluids under the hood. Making a loud sound when driving. I purchased it on Sat the 29th to return it back to them on Dec 1st.

They started off excellent. Grace communicated well, however, when it came to the terms of financing we were extremely disappointed. We were told that we could not remove the addendum of $2,400.00 which I believe may have been an additional warranty. We decided to go to another Nissian dealer and we were not forced to accept the dealer warranty. Other than me having to go to another dealer and not getting the actual car I wanted, there are no other issues.
