The overall experience was excellent. Chris, the sales manager/owner was professional and knowledgeable. He spent as much time as I needed to thoroughly evaluate the car I was interested in and eventually purchased. I would recommend this dealership for the purchase of a quality pre-owned vehicle.

Everything went well but I decided to go with a hybrid.

The salesman Jarred was very helpful and tried very hard to find me what I was looking for, he was very patient thru multiple texts and the 2 in person visits I made. Ultimately I went with another dealer only because of the car that I wanted was with them and had a lower price. Definitely not hard pressure sales, which I appreciated. They had a good selection of newer cars which was nice. My only issue was that in the initial visit they told me they would give me $4000 for my trade, but it turns out that only applies to certain vehicles they have for sale.

The sales person was attentive and courteous. The time it took for them to make an offer and negotiate was high.

Car was sold, but still very nice and willing to help.

The car was not detailed like it was supposed to be after buying. The only thing the detail guys did was a fast wash and tire shine. Glass was still dirty interior was not vacuumed and nothing was wiped down still had things in it when the car was traded in. This is the only car I will be buying from any Corwin owned dealership.
