Do not waste your time, as all 3 individuals I communicated with, Marc, Sam, and Jared did not answer any information requests! They were unprofessional, condescending, and pretty much ignorant in providing any details about the vehicle I was interested in. After not getting any information to decide driving 2 hours to see the car, I read the reviews. The real reviews are lengthy and detailed, whereas there were many fake reviews that are placed by businesses for a fee, getting their rating up, which can be identified by being single words or short single sentences, like "Great!", "They responded", or similar generic comments. I decided not driving there due to their negative reviews and rude behavior! Thank you for identifying yourself as a dubious business that also ads additional costs of over $4,000.00 that are not included in the advertised prices. Stay away, save your money, don't get screwed! Oh BTW, you can save your time in posting the generic response of a made-up excuse!

Man, the service was terrible! They made me drive back and forth three times just to sign papers because they kept forgetting stuff. It was a two-hour drive each way, so four hours round trip every time! Then, when everything was finally settled, I went to drop off the check and pick up the truck, and guess what? It wasn't even ready! They gave me some excuse and said they'd deliver it to my place. I told them I lived far, but they said it was no problem. The next day, I heard nothing, so I had to keep calling them until they finally answered. They then told me I lived too far and had to pick it up myself. I asked if they could at least get me an Uber, but they said it was too expensive and that if I didn't want to pick it up, they'd cancel the deal, and I'd still have to drive all the way there to get my check back. Seriously, the worst experience ever!

Bait and switch said they had the car.But when I got there, it was gone

Contacted dealer about suburban m, price was along other dealers but this car was the color we were looking for. When it got down to price the sales rep let me know it was an extra $2,500 for accessories that were added.(nothing different about the car than the others) I let him know I wasn’t interested in accessories they said it was not an option must be purchased with car. They bait you with low advertised price then mark up. Sad to be taking advantage of customers.
