Too many dealership gams. “Let me talk to my manager” for every question. I called four dealerships that night and asked them all the same question. I wanted to know the additional cost associated with buying the vehicle, specifically the documentation fee because I know it varies from dealership to dealership. The three other dealerships I called that night all provided me with that information right over the phone. For whatever reason, this specific dealership had me talk to a manager first, and when I asked the manager the same question he said he would have to get back to me. For me, that is a red flag of lack of transparency. It should be the same fee across the board like the other dealerships.

The listed price is an outrageously decptive trick . When I called I wa informed to purchase the car I would have to pay another $3900 above the list price and above fees for doc prep to secure their 100,000 mile power train warranty . This was a non negotiable sum added on and which also added nothing to the manufacturer’s warranty. Total scam artists.

May still buy from them. Mulling it over
