I requested information about a vehicle roughly 3 times and all three times was the same excuse. The vehicle wasn’t ready. All I asked for was pictures of the vehicle, but they were never provided. They said they would follow up, they never did. I waited roughly a week and no answer. I took my business elsewhere and bought a vehicle from another dealership.

John was very knowledgeable and made the experience pleasantly memorable. Great test drive course!!! I didn't buy because I am still in the 'what kind of car I want' stage. Test driving is the only way to really know.

Excellent customer service service

They sold me a used car and agreed to fix some issues with the car before delivering it. When I returned to pick up the car, they had not fixed everything that was agreed upon. They refused to fix the remaining problems with the car and informed me that they would rather cancel the sale if I didn't agree to take delivery that day. Needless to say, I wasn't going to take the car home if the agreed upon repairs hadn't been made. I wasted 2 days of my time with this unprofessional dealership . Don't make the same mistake I did. Take your business somewhere where they appreciate it.

Slow to respond. I though I was in the buying process and had secured a loan only to be told they sold to a local buyer. Very frustrating.

Sam was amazing from the jump. I appreciate his patience the most as I can be indecisive especially with big purchases. He took the time to give me pros and cons on the five cars I narrowed down on and I didn’t feel rushed. Once I got down to my final two he took a guess at the one he felt I would choose and he was right. Thank you for making this experience a positive one and answering all of my questions. I will be sending others to Sam when I can.
