Someone called and immediately invited me down for a test drive and didn’t acknowledge I had already put in bid. I explained I was ready to buy and as soon as they could. confirm car was in lot I’d come down. After waiting while she “Checked with mgr”. The car I was so excitedly invited to test drive was pulled off lot. Another bait n switch

Drove all the way from Pennsylvania to see a CPO car I'd been in contact about—no one told me it had already sold before I made the trip. The manager was rude and pressured me to commit fast, even mentioning he wanted to go watch a football match mid-negotiation. We agreed on an out-the-door price, then the finance office sprang a surprise $600 "DMV processing" fee that was never mentioned and called it non-negotiable, so I walked away from the deal due to their shady bait and switch tactics. Get your full itemized OTD price in writing before you drive in, and watch for last-minute fees.

Told me the vehicle I was interested in viewing was in the shop but they have other pricier vehicle I can look at. This. Was an appointment that was set up 2 days before. But no one called me to inform the car was not there I drove over an hour to get there. so I just left Very disappointed!

The advertised prices are not real. I went there to check a 2024 Mazda cx90 s premium plus and came back empty handed. They started adding extras, including warranty and came up to over $50k. I made a good offer of $45k and was turned down.
