Amazing experience with the dealership. I have worked with over 4 different Mazda dealerships before making my purchase and garden City Mazda was by far the best Mazda location to work with regarding their sales dept for the purchase of first used, but ended up going with a new, 2019 Mazda cx-5

Price quoted in ad $2500 to $5000 higher from price quoted when contacted; that’s both with and without dealer financing, Meaning that the dealer financed number was higher than advertised as well.

Waste of time! Internet price says $17995 BUT the salesperson says dealer fee $2000 plus $750 fee. I looked
at Carguru ad saw nothing of this BUT they have another ad that states this. WHAT??? Are you kdding? No
wonder place was dead and run down. A smart consumer would realize to buy a new Mazda 2019 CX-3 Sport
at same price and get the 0% finance rate. Talk about "bait & switch"

Received a timely response, less than 24 hours. Contact person (Darlene ) was most helpful. Unfortunately, that was the ONLY positive. Lost interest when told the listed price was more or less bait to get you interested. You would actually pay more if not financing through the dealership. This case adding $1,000 to list price and $600 additional fees for "processing". Almost additional $5,000 before the sale was complete.

The car was listed as "Super Clean". It
had spray work on 60% of the car and
an empty orange juice bottle, Dunkin
Donuts napkins all over the floor and
shopping receipts from Connecticut in
the back......and I had told them i was
coming so they prep the car.
