Mazda dealerships near me (Frederick, MD)

When I got to the dealership mid-week (Wednesday), (I made a prior appointment), found out the vehicle was not ready for a test drive, as it had not been detailed I was able to see it as is but it was locked. On the day of the next appointment (couple of days later) I checked with the salesperson and they informed me the vehicle is no longer available and had been sold that morning.

Initial email exchanges with the used sales manager seemed a bit rude and he was completely unwilling to consider any price negotiations. Still went to check out the car which was very nice. Even with pre-arranged financing, it still took 3 hours to buy the car! They tried several times to get me to do a credit application even though I did not want their financing and the final price was a little over $100 over the quote I'd received by email - they had padded out the title & registration costs claiming I'll get it back if it doesn't actually cost that much. Why would you have to estimate tag & title fees? Those are fixed by the state. They also tried to sell me on a bunch of "protection packages" which would have increased the price of the car by at least 50%. Probably standard procedure in car sales, but it really irked me. Stuff like this is why most people hate the car buying process.
