Great communication, transparent pricing. Struggled with out of state taxes on pricing.

I spent quite some time at the dealership but I say it was expected seeing that I bought the car. Everyone there was very nice to me. I was greeted with a smile and a hand shake, instructed where the bathroom was if I needed to use it. I needed a snack to eat because I felted my blood sugar getting low and my salesman was so nice till he bought me a drink and a snack. He was very kind. I got a chance to look at the Carfax reported provided to me at the dealership. It was a smooth sale for me.

Staff was unwilling to help and show the vehicle (keys were locked up with service). I was there 30 minutes prior to closing time. The vehicle had chipped windshield and rock chips all over the front end paint, but was listed in great condition. It was also missing the plug for the spare tire.

Would highly recommend this dealership. Great sales, car description and condition matched the advertisement. Pricing was very transparent unlike another Mazda dealership in Richardson that used deceptive pricing to lure me into inquiring about a car there. Very modern and clean dealership. Only issue I had was the time at the dealership. Had to wait a long time to meet with the finance guy after agreeing to purchase the car. Only have two guys in the department. Spent 4.5 hours there which was way too long. If you can stomach the wait, would highly recommend.
