Reached out through CarGurus interested in this vehicle. One person immediately scheduled an appointment for me to see it. Another person then contacted me and told me it was in the shop and I might not be able to see it during that scheduled time and had no ETA of when it would be done in the shop. So I was left waiting and given no other option after asking for a status update multiple time. Only to then be updated that someone else had reached out and decided to move forward with the car and that it wouldn’t be available to me unless that person fell through. I was very interested in purchasing the car but they didn’t make me aware that I could apply for financing and that would mean the car would be mine if I wanted it. Then I asked if they put a deposit down on it and they said no they don’t take deposits. I wasn’t even made aware that there was any way to move forward and then just got told the car was basically gone. Not happy with the costumer service they provided. Beware!

Great salesperson. The car we were interested in though was sold (salesperson didn’t know). Other good stock but we weren’t interested. Salesperson tried to make offer in an alternate car but no sales pressure and was very polite when we declined. We will go back again given good experience.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to buy a car. I had my own financing and I wanted to register the car in West Virginia, but this dealership had a policy that they would not register it anywhere outside of the tri-state area I asked twice to have a used sales manager, call me and that has never happened.
