Overall good. Made an offer and we went back and forth but minimal and I got the car for what I initially offered. Easy process

I did buy a 2023 not the one thats mentioned.I made a appt with Mike who sent a short video introducing himself,I received emails from Nick and Kelsey. The owner Richard wickstrom wrote a short note the whole deal in and out in about 1hr 45 min extremely friendly and polite

Fantastic dealership to work with. Staff is friendly, highly knowledgeable and extremely professional. Vehicle arrived exactly as described.

Communication was lacking. Asking about current warranty as well as possible extended warranty options seemed to bother them. Communication stopped with this.

I took off work and had an Uber ride to the dealership only to find out the two salesmen I was working with both lied about the car being serviced and paint work completed. The car was dirty on the inside, not serviced and they didn’t even know where the keys were when I arrived from driving over an hour away to buy the car. Needless to say I purchased from another dealership, these guys are not honest.

Talked to the salesman, he told me that he would put the car aside and I was coming the next day. Gave me a call the next day and said they had sold the car and he screwed up by not taking a deposit. I guess I didn’t realize I had to tell someone how to do their job

Was about $5,000.00 higher than price shown on cargurus. Said they'd get back to me on a better price but never did.

After making an appointment to specifically see a vehicle and receiving multiple confirmations and reminders (phone call, text, email), the vehicle "transparency" was that it wasn't available and had been changed to a wholesale deal. I would have expected the same number of contacts to cancel the appointment. After driving over an hour for a wasted trip, I must say I was less than happy. I gave additional possibilities only to have the sales representative insist on trying to show me vehicles I had no interest in. Would not make another trip to Antioch Kunes.
