Lincoln dealerships near me (Chicago, IL)

Dealerships shouldn’t post vehicles that’s not ready for sale. Was told the vehicle I was interested in hadn’t passed their inspections after communicating with them for 2 or 3 days, but it was still listed as available on the website. I told the salesperson that it was still listed and they said it takes 2 days for it to be removed. When I checked again in 2 days it was saying it was sold. So what’s the truth!

They add on alot of unnecessary fees and will over tax you. Make sure you do your own calculations once they bring you the bill of sale( luxury xt,key assist,theft protection) all unnecessary fees they try to tack on and force you to pay for! Also when you see fees included don't believe it they don't honor (fees included) they claim cargurus forces them to put that but it's not true. A joke!

I took off work and had an Uber ride to the dealership only to find out the two salesmen I was working with both lied about the car being serviced and paint work completed. The car was dirty on the inside, not serviced and they didn’t even know where the keys were when I arrived from driving over an hour away to buy the car. Needless to say I purchased from another dealership, these guys are not honest.

Talked to the salesman, he told me that he would put the car aside and I was coming the next day. Gave me a call the next day and said they had sold the car and he screwed up by not taking a deposit. I guess I didn’t realize I had to tell someone how to do their job

Price on cargurus included a multitude of "discounts" that are not available. The price listed included things like a military discount and other discounts that most people do not qualify for. I knew taxes and title fees would need to be added but those other numbers did not add up when actually speaking to the dealership.

Communication was lacking. Asking about current warranty as well as possible extended warranty options seemed to bother them. Communication stopped with this.

Overall good. Made an offer and we went back and forth but minimal and I got the car for what I initially offered. Easy process

So far I’ve not had any problems
