Lexus dealerships near me (West Covina, CA)

The car was being held for someone else over the weekend. We put a deposit down on it as a backup. On Monday morning I got a call that it was available, and Wednesday it was delivered to us

Luis is the best. He’s personable and helpful. Communication was great without being pushy. He even called us after the sale to let us know we’d forgotten something in our trade in. If he’s a representation of what the Lexus of Cerritos buying experience is like, then this is the place to go.

Katrina made it easy for the purchase experience having knowledge of Lexus as she used to work there in her previous life. Very friendly and accomodating.

Daniel at the dealership was extremely unhelpful. Unwilling to negotiate. I’m thinking it’s a language barrier. In any case a different dealership was able to negotiate and win our business.

Contacted the dealer via email to check on availability of the car but never got back a response.

Staff was very nice until I told the Manager the next day that I was not going to buy the car. He asked why. I told him I didn't like the interior and they were making it difficult for me to pay cash. He got mad, argued with me and hung up on me. I am a previous customer, but I will never even consider buying a car from them! Everything had to be their way. In the end the manger showed his true colors!

We haven’t had the opportunity to go up and see the car (over an hour away). Hopefully this weekend. But they were very helpful. Sent the carfax immediately and even did a video of the car for us. They just finished inspecting the car yesterday.

First they told me the car was available , i booked a trip from Vegas to California , then 40 min later i was told the car was not available , they need to keep up on there inventory instead of wasting peoples time
