Dealerships near me (West Covina, CA)

I went all the way to the dealership after being interested in the vehicle when I got there they told me the car had been sold I sat in 2 hour traffic just to go and see it. I won’t ever go to any of their locations to buy a car then when I asked for a person they told me he wasn’t there I left called in and asked for the person and all of a sudden he was there I don’t recommend anyone going

Drove 2 hours from my house. 5 minutes away told me they sold the car. No heads up that someone was looking at it. Nothing. They didn’t care. 0/10 service.

They quoted me over 41k for a car listed at 27k they stated they didn't ship even though on the website it said they did I had 4 or 5 phone conversation all of which they tried to up charge me for not using the dealerships preferred lender. I would have bought the car but the staff and process were so bad I'll have to wait for another one.

My experience was outstanding and when I got to the dealership I was treated like I was the only customer there, the staff was so helpful and caring and the process was the fastest from start to finish and I would recommend if anyone is looking for an a great vehicle with a one service this is the place to go to.

Very good

The salesman lied and said it was a sport back when it clearly wasn't, and then they low balled me on my civic, and then they ran my credit a bunch of times only to offer my 10% interest when the salesman said he could maybe get it down from 8%. Salesman also kept answering his phone and left to help another customer.
