They never contacted me about the car.

Very poor experience I asked for an appointment to view the vehicle, It took a week to get an appointment. Then on the day of the appointment, I was sent a message that the appointment was canceled. The seller had changed their mind. I found that to be suspiciously Awkward

The individual who was texting me was very rude. Contacted the dealership on a Tuesday, tried to set up an appointment for Friday and the guy texted me: "After I told you we have several people in-house right now looking at this car, you want to wait until Friday? Okay, best of luck to you. I will let you know when it sells." This place doesn't need business I guess.

Very polite and transparent. My only issue and why I was unable to make the transaction was due to my poor credit and lack of time at time at my job. I had communicated all of that at the beginning and even filled out the credit application online, I was very transparent. With the fact I had poor credit would likely not get financed and they acted like it wouldn’t be an issue. Then when I went over there which was 80 miles from my home just to find out oh yeah poor credit sorry the bank wouldn’t take you. I mean I understand that’s not their fault but maybe when they put credit apps online it would be helpful if someone can make me do it over the phone and see if the person’s even eligible before they go all out of their way phone with a car and then can’t buy it but they were very polite. Nice on the nice cars there I would recommend them otherwise.
